    Fully Hydrolyzed Type

    Fully hydrolyzed grade PVA can be easily dissolved in over high temperature (90°C) water.

    Appearance
    White or light yellow solid in flakes. Particles or powders.

    Feature
    It is an ideal base material for adhesives due to its high viscosity, strong adhesion, good film-forming property and water-resistance, low rewetting and re-adherence, high crystallinity and purity.

    Application
    Mainly used as raw material for butyric resonant fiber fabrication, textile sizing, paper surface sizing, pigment carrier, paper adhesives, architectural coating binder. Also a great binder for construction material, film, stabilizer for vinyl acetate emulsion polymerization and PVA rubber.

    Packing, Storage and Transportation
    Our PVA is packed into paper-plastic compound bag with the net weight of 20kg/bag or 25kg/bag or jumbo bag.

    PVA shall be stored indoor in dry and good ventilation. Avoid the package from rain or exposing to direct sunlight.

    Partially Hydrolyzed Type

    Partially Hydrolyzed PVA can be slowly dissolved in room temperature water. But in normal uses,Raising temperature to 90°C is necessary for saving dissolving time.

    Low dissolving temperature and good frost-resistance without gelling. Good solution fluidity and stable viscosity, good hygroscopicity and re-adherence. It contains plenty of hydrophobic groups and have good affinity and adhesiveness to hydrophobic materials.

    Application
    Mainly for textile sizing, paper adhesives, rewetting adhesives, paper surface sizing, pigment binder, architectural coatings binder. Also good for architectural binder and additives, seeds and medicine coating material, binder for inorganic and electronic products, water soluble film, cosmetics additive, stabilizer for polymerization of vinyl acetate emulsion and suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride, temporary protection film, etc.
